FILMCUTTER produces a wide range of tubular electric
insulators, obtained from laminates of its own production.
Thermal classes: B (130°C), F (155°C), H (180°C)
and more.
Patented production process: tapes are overlapped lengthwise,
polymerized, ultrasound welded and heat shaped, obtaining
sleeves and cylindric insulating tubes.
This process enables FILMCUTTER to produce tubes
and insulating fiberglass sleeves out of all non-extrudible
materials as: both heat shrinkable and non-heat shrinkable
polyester film (PET), Filmterm DMD, NM, NMN, Aramid paper,
Kapton etc.
- Materials produced according to regulations IEC/EN
60335 - 4th edition, GWIT
- Diameters from 1,5 mm to 100 mm
- Limited thinckness, according to the requested electric
insulation (KV)
- Flexible or rigid, with variable thickness.
- Internal sealing and heat soldering resin
- Diametrical heat reducing 70%, if produced with
HS heat reducing polyester film (PET).
