All flexible materials can be sheared or punched on customer's request.

FILMCUTTER offers a service for technical assistance to choose the most appropriate materials, find solutions and evaluate their feasibility to satisfy the customer's technical specifications. Computerized lines, dedicated to the producion of both large and limited series, can produce sheared on request with various materials:

• Polyester film (PET), Aramid paper, polymide film Kapton type, Teflon.
• Glass cloth, polyester non-woven cloth and vulcanized fibre.
• Laminates and electrical insulating coupleds.
• Coupleds with metallic foils for shielding (EMI/RFI) and PCB
• Sheets of muly-layered sheared with max thickness 2mm.

The sheared can be drilled, have pre-preg lines and be totally adhesive or on specific lines.
They can be pre-punched and delivered on conveyor belts in order to erase times and costs for stockage thanks to the automatized lines.
