» INSULATING STICKERS & DISPENSER FC 2000

Filmcutter got ready a innovative concept in taping of end connections, lead anchors, junctions and terminal
lugs in the mass production of electric motors and transformers.

The components of the system are a reel of insulating hollow punched stickers and a machine called dispenser.

Stickers main characteristics are:
• use of laminates in B, F and H classes
• wide availability of standard sizes
• sizes at customer's own request
• high boring and compression endurance
• high adhesiveness
• external surface can be paint coated
• up to 5.000 stickers per reel

Compared to traditional insulating system that use tapes, tubes or caps (both heat shrinkable or not) our system is likely affordable but cheaper due to lower cost of material and reduced time of application.

DISPENSER FC 2000
All the dispenser's functions are electronically controlled and the forward movement is driven by a photocell with fiber optic cable and a solid state relay. In this way the safety of the operator's fingers is the highest possible due to the lack of dangerous moving parts and cutting knives.

Furthernore the tapes are made with the best material for each one of the insulation classes (B, F and H) to have high boring and compression endurance.
