POLYESTER FILM (PET) bi-oriented and unreactive,
resistant to acids e bases, proofed to volatile organic
and aromatic compounds, it does not contain halogen
and plasticizers according to the European enviromental
regultions RoHS (2002/95 EC and 2003/11 EC).
Flexibility and high tensile strength (more than 200
MPa), maintaing stable characteristics in time. Unresilient
and unextensible. It cannot be heat-soldered. Used with
temperatures from -70°C to +150°C. Fusion temperature
250°C aprox. Self-extinguishing UL 94 V2.
The polyester film is the fundamental material
in flexible electrical insulation and it's common
to all derivating laminates and flexible coupled products.
Bi-oriented PET, produced in many countries with different
brands like: Hostaphan, Melinex, Mylar, Skyroll,
Tenolan, Garfilm, Lumirror, etc. equivalent in performances
and in chemical, electrical, mechanical and thermal
characteristics. Must be produced in accordance with
the regulations IEC/EN 60674 and UL Type approval.
Available in a wide range of monolithic thickness to
satisfy any necessity in technical use.
FILMKRAFT
Three-ply laminate made of low density dielectric paper
(thickness 50 micron) coupled on both sides with a polyester
film (PET) with variable thickness.
The external lamination with dielectric paper prevents
oxidation and allows an excellent adherence to resins
and impregnation varshishes.
In accordance with IEC/EN 60626-3 sheets 110-112-113-114-115
Unsaturated FILMTERM DMD
Three-ply non-woven cloth laminate made of dry calandered
(Dacron) polyester fibres, nominal thickness 50 micron,
coupled on both sides with a polyester film (PET), variable
thickness. The external lamination of non-woven cloth
allows a further impregnation with resins and varnishes,
enhancing thermal resistance up to F Class (155°C).
In accordance with IEC/EN 60626-3
sheet 502.
